Vastu Shastra is an ancient Indian science of architecture and design, originating from the Vedas, which are ancient scriptures. It is based on the concept of harmony between nature and the built environment. “Vastu” translates to “dwelling” or “house” in Sanskrit, while “Shastra” means “science” or “doctrine”. Key principles of Vastu Shastra include:
